Ali Akbar Dareini over at Huffington Post has an article up about the recenthanging of Shahla Jahed. She was a temporary mistress of a famous Iranian
soccer player Nasser Mohammad Khani. Shahla Jahed was hung as her own
son pulled the chair from below her feet. Unbelievable.

This story is dear to my heart in so many ways. I met a Iranian man 7 years
ago and my life has been an utter nightmare ever since. I would assume I
have been part of some harem of this man's and the abuse and destruction
that has occured in my life is beyond my comprehension.
Shahla Jahed was probably set up and framed for someone else's evil acts.
She was probably one of many temporary wives of this famous soccer player.
This country and the religion of Isalm are sad examples of human behavior
and traditions. God says this is what women deserve! GOD!
My belief in God is gone forever never to return. People use God for their
own purposes and means. God and religion are one of the biggest businesses
around the world. Maybe even the biggest! So God says men have all these
rights and women have none. That is a God I will never ever believe in again!
This young women is a victim of this religion and now is dead. I have read
a good amount about Islam and frequented a mosque. But the more I hear,
see and experience I see the truth about this religion. There is no God, because
if there was women would have rights like men in every country!
